Weather Instruments- Psychrometer

A Psychrometer Measures relative humidity. Its unit is milliters. It has a wet and dry light bulb. the dry bulb is exposed to air and the wet is in water. When the wet bulb is taken out the water evaporates and that measure the relative humidity in the air.
